The principal is the leader of the school organization. The leadership of the principal is related to the role of influencing his subordinates to always follow his direction in carrying out school administration tasks in the context of developing school organization. In developing school organizations, leaders need to apply an assertive leadership style. Assertive leadership style is defined as the ability to express emotions, defend the truth and maintain interactions with others honestly, responsibly and free from anxiety. This study used content analysis, which is a form of textual analysis that is used to describe and explain the characteristics of the messages in the text. The content analysis allows two approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative. The purpose of this research is to emphasize that in the development of educational organizations, it is necessary to implement assertive leadership

Particle swam optimization (PSO) is one of the most effective optimization methods to find the global optimum point. In other hand, the descent direction (DD) is the gradient based method that has the local search capability. The combination of both methods is promising and interesting to get the method with effective global search capability and efficient local search capability. However, In many application, it is difficult or impossible to obtain the gradient exactly of an objective function. In this paper, we propose Automatic differentiation (AD) based for PSODD. we compare our methods on benchmark function. The results shown that the combination methods give us a powerful tool to find the solution

Conflict-free dynamic route multi-AGV using dijkstra floyd-warshall hybrid algorithm with time windows

Autonomous Guided Vehicle is a mobile robot that can move autonomously on a route or lane in an indoor or outdoor environment while performing a series of tasks. Determination of the shortest route on an autonomous guided vehicle is one of the optimization problems in handling conflict-free routes that have an influence on the distribution of goods in the manufacturing industry's warehouse. Pickup and delivery processes in the distribution on AGV goods such as scheduling, shipping, and determining the route of vehicle with short mileage characteristics, is very possible to do simulations with three AGV units. There is a windows time limit on workstations that limits shipping. The problem of determining the route in this study is considered necessary as a multi-vehicle route problem with a time window. This study aims to describe the combination of algorithms written based on dynamic programming to overcome the problem of conflict-free AGV routes using time windows. The combined approach of the Dijkstra and Floyd-Warshall algorithm results in the optimization of the closest distance in overcoming conflict-free routes

Knowledge management process using Nonaka’s SECI model in creation of knowledge can provide guidance for learning and developing activities. Nevertheless, understanding the process of socialization, externalization, combination and internalization needs to be deepened with a lot of practice directly. This article provides a framework for real method that synthesizes basic phases as informal knowledge from an expert who has never capture and promotes knowledge before. Purpose of this article is to open earlier tacit knowledge form into process of socialization and internalization. An expert knowledge how to handling damage records by natural disaster will revealed in explicit way through capture process of oral history. Process for document damage recovery is conducted using disaster management procedure or library materials preservation knowledge. Research method for knowledge capture carried through pre-interview, interview and post-interview. Support data such as form of images, diaries, letters, agreements and others are used to reinforce methodology. Applying this method will produce two knowledge directly which are disaster management knowledge and management knowledge processes.

Improving and developing the quality of services carried out by the human resources in the hospital is the key to achieving the goals desired by the hospital as a health service provider. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge, commitment, discipline and workload on service performance with stress and burnout as mediation and achievement motivation as moderation of medical practitioners in Grobogan and Kudus Regencies, Central Java. This research was quantitative research used 133 respondents from type B Hospital medical staff in Grobogan and Kudus Regencies, Central Java. Data analysis using SMART PLS. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that for medical staff at Hospitals in Kudus and Grobogan Regencies, Central Java, knowledge has no significant effect on stress levels or performance, but has a significant effect on burnout. Commitment has no significant effect on stress or performance but has a significant effect on Burnout. Discipline has no significant effect on stress or burnout but has a significant effect on service performance. Workload has no significant effect on stress or burnout, but has a significant effect on service performance. Burnout has no significant effect on service performance. Achievement motivation is not able to significantly moderate the effect of stress on service performance and is unable to significantly moderate the effect of burnout on service performance in medical personnel in Hospitals in Kudus and Grobogan Regencies. The suggestions that need to be considered for future researchers can be applied to research objects that are not services, and future researchers are expected to use the same research model but use a different theoretical perspective

Libraries, museums and archives hold valuable collections in a variety of media, presenting a vast body of knowledge rooted in the history of human civilisation. These form the repository of the wisdom of great works by thinkers of past and the present. The holdings of these institutions are priceless heritage of the mankind as they preserve documents, ideas, and the oral and written records. To value the cultural heritage and to care for it as a treasure bequeathed to us by our ancestors is the major responsibility of libraries. The past records constitute a natural resource and are indispensable to the present generation as well as to the generations to come. Libraries preserve the documentary heritage resources for which they are primarily responsible. Any loss of such materials is simply irreplaceable. Therefore, preserving this intellectual, cultural heritage becomes not only the academic commitment but also the moral responsibility of the librarians/information scientists, who are in charge of these repositories. The high quality of the papers and the discussion represent the thinking and experience of experts in their particular fields. The contributed papers also relate to the methodology used in libraries in Asia to provide access to manuscripts and cultural heritage. The volume discusses best practices in Knowledge preservation and how to collaborate and preserve the culture. The book also deals with manuscript and archives issues in the digital era. The approach of this book is concise, comprehensively, covering all major aspects of preservation and conservation through libraries. The readership of the book is not just limited to library and information science professionals, but also for those involved in conservation, preservation, restoration or other related disciplines. The book will be useful for librarians, archivists and conservators. We thank the Sunan Kalijaga University, Special Libraries Association- Asian Chapter for their trust and their constant support, all the contributors for their submissions, the members of the Local and International Committee for their reviewing effort for making this publication possible
